President and CEO
As President and CEO of Evergreen Apartment Group, Kevin Wolfgang fills the primary management and leadership role in the organization. Drawing on his extensive experience in property management and construction, Kevin oversees company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost effective management of resources. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan to generate revenue, maximize profitability, and advance company growth.
Kevin joined the company in 1994 after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park. Since the time Kevin assumed a leadership role, the company has grown by more than 200%. Kevin’s leadership and vision has established Evergreen as one of the premier property management companies in the State of Delaware. He is recognized as an expert in the market and his outlook is sought routinely through interviews by industry publications, such as the Multi-Housing News and Northeast Real Estate Business Magazine. His industry opinions are solicited consistently by elected officials on a local, state and federal level. He has received many industry accolades and awards, the most prestigious being a PARAGON Award from the National Apartment Association.
Kevin is also the President of Del-Star Construction Company, Inc., Apartment Angels THP, Inc. and the Delaware Apartment Association (DAA). Del-Star Construction is a stand-alone company that employs plumbers, electricians, carpenters, roofers, and masons and executes many of the renovation and capital improvement projects at Evergreen properties. Apartment Angels is a non-profit charitable corporation, created and established by Kevin in 2010, that will provide over $50,000 in free housing to homeless individuals in Delaware annually. Kevin was elected as the President of the DAA in 2009. The DAA is a non-profit trade organization representing apartment owners/managers who operate close to 30,000 rental units in the State of Delaware and is an Affiliate Member of the National Apartment Association. Kevin is also on the Board of Directors of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and was elected in 2010 to become a Regional Vice-President of the NAA.
In addition, Kevin is a principal and the President of Airsled, Inc. (www.airsled.com), the worldwide leader in design, production and sales of low pressure air film, load movement systems. Customers include Boeing, General Electric and IBM. Airsled has international sales in countries such as Japan, Korea, and the United Kingdom.
Kevin has implemented a strong philanthropic philosophy at Evergreen. Currently, the company is active in multiple charities and regularly participates in public service activities. Kevin is also the architect of sweeping community service and charitable programs in the State of Delaware, such as the Renter Resource Center.
