Evergreen Apartment Group is a second-generation company, established in 1978 with both market rate and income restricted affordable housing divisions with eleven distinct communities across Delaware and Maryland.  The company has no outside investors or equity partners, allowing Evergreen to make focused real estate decisions that are in the best interest of our residents and employees. 

Evergreen was recognized as the largest rental housing provider in the state of Delaware, headquartered in the state.
