Kevin Wolfgang

President and CEO

As President and CEO of Evergreen Apartment Group, Kevin Wolfgang provides vision and strategic leadership for the organization and is a principal along with his brother and sister in their multi-family communities in DE and MD. Drawing on his extensive experience in property management and construction, Kevin directs company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality service, and cost effective management of resources. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic plan to generate revenue, maximize profitability, and advance company growth.


Kevin joined the company in 1994 after graduating from the University of Maryland, College Park. Since the time Kevin assumed a leadership role, the company has experienced significant growth. In 2008 Evergreen was honored as one of the fastest growing companies in Delaware, being designated as a “Gazelle” company by the State of Delaware Economic Development Office. Kevin’s leadership and vision has established Evergreen as one of the premier property management companies in the region. He is recognized as an expert in the market and his industry opinions are solicited consistently by industry publications and elected officials on a local, state and federal level. He has received many industry accolades and awards, the most prestigious being a PARAGON Award from the National Apartment Association. Kevin has implemented a strong philanthropic philosophy at Evergreen, actively supporting multiple charities and regularly participating in public service activities. Kevin is also the architect of sweeping community service programs in Delaware, such as the Renter Resource Center.


Kevin is also the President of Del-Star Construction Company, Inc. and Apartment Angels THP, Inc. Del-Star Construction is a stand-alone company that employs trade professionals and executes many of the renovation and capital improvement projects at Evergreen properties. Apartment Angels is a non-profit charitable corporation, created and established by Kevin in 2010, that has provided over $350,000 in free housing to homeless individuals in Delaware.


Kevin served as President of the Delaware State Apartment Association (DAA) from 2009 to 2012. The DAA is a non-profit trade organization representing apartment owners/managers operating 30,000 rental units in the State of Delaware and is an Affiliate Member of the National Apartment Association. Kevin also served on the Board of Directors of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and was elected in 2010 to become a Regional Vice-President of the NAA. Kevin served as the President of his local Civic Association (Villanova East Citizens Committee) from 2014 to 2016. Kevin currently serves as the co-chair of the Philadelphia Advisory Board for the Network For Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). Kevin has served as a little league baseball and flag football coach in Lower Merion Township where he resides with his wife and three children.
